This week on Design.nl, "Style of the Stedelijk" is a film and book that looks at the history of the museum's graphic identities as well as the very controversial decision by Ann Goldstein to remove Pierre Di Sciullo. We see how grey-sprayed, second-hand furniture is given a new life courtesy of i29 interior architects. Arnhem has gained a new hotel named Modez and hopes to gain status and the Netherlands' fashion capital. And Design.nl launched two new websites last week, one in Chinese, the other in Turkish. This week Dutch designer Ed Annink lost his battle with cancer and our thoughts go out to his family and friends.
