Anneloes van Osselaer has won the G-Star Raw Talent Award at Lichting 2008 (Class of 2008). The audience chose her out of 20 young designers participating in the group show during Amsterdam International Fashion Week.

The AMFI Amsterdam Fashion Institute graduate wins €10,000 and a trip to New York. She will also participate in denim brand G-Star’s Spring/Summer catwalk show during New York Fashion Week.

Lecturers at the Netherlands’ fashion academies chose their 20 most promising graduates to participate in Lichting 2008. The young designers presented their work on the catwalk on 24 July before a select audience of influential professionals and journalists at Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek.
