This week on Design.nl we talk to Gijs Bakker about the groundbreaking show he created in 1967 with Emmy van Leersum, which is currently being revived in the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam. MAD in New York is currently showing Chairgenics, Jan Habrake of Formnation shows how to breed the genetically prefect chair in this exhibition using 3D modelling software. The Stone Twins have done an interesting project as part of the push to revive the northern section of Amsterdam and we see how the common bicycle has been revolutionised by Elian Veltman.
