This week on Design.nl we hear from Younghee Jung who will present tomorrow at the "What Design Can Do" conference in Amsterdam. Also at the conference we participated in some food action courtesy of Premsela and Honey & Bunny. Last but not least we take a look at a new publication by Lidewij Edelkoort which deals with the pop-up generation.
What Design Can Do for Food
During the so-called break-out session organized by Premsela at the What Design Can Do conference, Honey & Bunny showed participants that food is anything but static.
They Call Her The Head Dreamer
At "What Design Can Do" in Amsterdam, Nokia’s “Head Dreamer” Younghee Jung will address the audience on research and how technology can facilitate social change.
The Pop-Up Generation
Whether its on our computer screens, in the form of a cardboard cut-out or a temporary cultural event, we all find ourselves surrounded by pop-ups.
