This week on Design.nl we travel to Mumbai, India where the latest Dutch Design Workspace has just opened and will offer a place for Dutch and Indian creatives to meet and work. Last Sunday the Rotterdam Design Prize was announced preceded by a great jury debate and Object Rotterdam exhibited some design gems last week and we bring you an overview. We take a look at the exhibition Designer of the Year 2012 held in London which heavily features Dutch design. And terrible news hit ArtEZ which has lost one of its finest after a tragic accident caused the death of Wilma Sommers.
