Today the What Design Can Do conference kicked off in Amsterdam with designers, critics and thinkers from around the world. Look out for our upcoming coverage and read our chat here with Julia Lohmann. This week we explore a new way of hanging our plants courtesy of Fedor van der Valk and take a sip from a giant custom-made tea mug thanks to Dave Hakkens and Lieke van der Vorst. Also, Eindhoven and Helsinki have teamed up for a Trend Book on the main issues shaping design in these two creative hubs.
