Design.nl is the website for design from the Netherlands. Here you’ll find news about the latest designs and awards, interviews with designers, international agenda tips and more.

Events and awards
Which Dutch designers are showing in Tokyo during 100% Design Tokyo? What new designs can we expect in Milan? And which fashion designers have just won a prize? Design.nl has reports on Dutch design from international fairs. But events in the Netherlands are also covered, such as the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, the Fashion Biennale in Arnhem, the Design Biennale in Utrecht and the International Fashion Week in Amsterdam. As well as these events we also keep you informed on Dutch designers who win national and international design prizes. This way you’ll have a good insight into the most important Dutch designers around now.

Tokyo
This week Design.nl concentrates on Dutch design in Tokyo. There are interviews with Samira Boon and design duo Vlieger & Vandam, designers taking part in Created in Holland, a Dutch presentation during the 100% Design Tokyo fair. There are also tips for the visitor looking for Dutch design in Tokyo. Watch out for live reports from the design fair and other locations.

Favourites
You can view the Design.nl website in different ways. Choose to view articles with large or small images, with or without text (click on small, medium or large). You can also add your favourite news and agenda items to your own ‘favourites list’, print them or send them to friends. Each page has a filter where you can refine your search by subject.

Weekly update
Stay informed of the latest news by signing up for the free weekly Design.nl digital newsletter. There is also an RSS feed, while the Design.nl widget makes sure you never miss a single news item. The widget is a small computer programme that can be installed on your desktop and alerts you whenever a new item appears on the site.

Premsela
Design.nl is a project from Premsela, Dutch Platform for Design and Fashion. Premsela organizes lectures, debates and exhibitions, undertakes research, publishes and informs on Dutch design and the Netherlands as design land.
