BNO archive made accessible
The BNO (Association of Dutch Designers), which represents designers and design agencies in the Netherlands, will make its archives accessible on the internet.
With the support of the Mondriaan Foundation, the archive will be digitalised and stored on the website of the Netherlands Institute for Art History.
The BNO archive covers the hundred years of the organisation’s history, and is an interesting social archive, that’s why it has been decided to make it more accessible. After it has been digitalised, the collection will be transferred to The Hague, where it will be open to researchers, students and other interested people.
